Pet Emergency

Please note: If you feel your pet requires immediate and intensive care such as:

Then please call our clinic number immediately to speak with the triage nurse for urgent assistance. Your call will be answered by a qualified and experienced veterinary nurse who will assess your pet’s situation. The triage nurse can provide expert advice for non-urgent issues or, in the case of a true emergency, will determine the necessary action and contact our on-call Ormeau vets. This ensures your pet gets the right level of care when they need it most, and our emergency veterinarians will be fully briefed on the situation before you arrive.

Emergency Vets Process

Use the buttons below to book a callback or ring the Ormeau Vet number to confirm someone from the Animal Hospital is on call.
